1) Publisher and acceptance

KYKLOS is published by BOYER LOUIS FREDERIC BERNARD (sole proprietor), SIREN 995 313 152, SIRET 995 313 152 00010, 60 Rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France.

By using KYKLOS, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2) Eligibility

KYKLOS is not intended for users under 16 years of age. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

3) Account and security

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You must not impersonate another person.
• You may link multiple sign-in methods (email/password, Google, Apple).

4) User content and activities

You are solely responsible for content and activities you publish. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it within the app.

5) Community rules

• No illegal, hateful, harassing, explicit sexual, or dangerous content.
• No spam, identity theft, or scams.
• Respect other users during exchanges and activities.

6) Activities & safety

Activities are organized between users. KYKLOS does not guarantee availability, quality, or safety. Use your judgment and comply with the law.

7) Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store and Google Play. Payments, renewals, and cancellations follow the stores’ rules. You can manage your subscription from your store settings.

8) Moderation

KYKLOS may remove content, restrict accounts, or ban users in case of rule violations or credible reports.

9) Intellectual property

The app, its design, branding, and content are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10) Limitation of liability

KYKLOS provides the service “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, KYKLOS is not liable for indirect damages or issues related to user-organized activities.

11) Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations or community risk.

12) Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

13) Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of KYKLOS’s registered office, subject to mandatory rules.
